spring!

 yesterday! wheeee spring is here!
i took ellie to the mall to get nate some summer shoes, cause the kid didnt have 1 pair that fit!

 blowing her nose, with her sippy and snack, life is perfect
then she proceeded to wipe down the car seat with it

 the trees are budding and blooming!

 my yard sale score! brand NEW books, which i will use with the girls.   all for 15.00!

she is such a girl!  sparkly shoes, beads, dresses, hair bows...she loves to get dressed and sit on my lap and watch me do her hair in my mirror.  i love me a girly girl! 0 comments

silly boys!

 yea, nate thought it would be brilliant to paint his face, with permanent marker!
3 days later, there is still red on his body
he covered his face, chest and legs

we studied sound on friday, we made loud noises, we did some experiments and made a harmonica. which i slowly removed from nate's possession to put away in my "throw away pile".

whats a throw away pile? ahhh. i slowly remove objects and put them out of site, after a day or 2, i toss them and nate never notices. hahaha 0 comments

seconds after this, nate crashed into ellie and being the diligent mom that i am was too busy taking pics to catch it in time

 nates face as he landed, then came running to ellie and yelled at me for not getting her out of the way in time

 chris finishing up the second floor, working away into the night hours...notice the name, its now a club house, not free or play house but club house,  ive been informed by the kids ...haha

 fri night the roof went up!  with the help of our neighbour

 voila!  it has a roof

long view. i think it fits in with the shape of the house and shop, ha!

chris has some more finishing touches to make. i want to get some kind of flooring to put down, maybe some pillows/blankets for the kids to play with and it needs to be painted. i think it turned out quite well, and the kids love it! 0 comments

ellie is fearless, shes on the trampoline, the tree house, slide and swing with the big kids.  sob sob cant she stay my baby for a wee bit longer??

it has been one busy week!  filled with fun and life.  i am glad the weather is nicer, nice enough that nate is outside from 2:30ish-8.  i love summer! ha
