mon pt 2

 after zoo camp i went to go vote for the local election!  the kids came with me, even into the voting booth and i was able to explain the importance of voting to them

 we took a silly face pic (note joey is wearing her "pack-pack") and we rushed home for a play date with friends

nate took the kids for a ride, please notice joeys bike helmet!  SO funny!

 tues was storytime with friends

 joey really enjoys the class

 esp craft time, then we went home, had lunch and i had another friend over for the afternoon...the kids played, she brought me coffee=win! win!

 after our company left, i was making supper- easy=peasy lasagna with friend chicken cauliflower...when i over heard the girls playing "school"  with their friend. my girls didnt know ow to play "school" haha never having been to one how would they know how it works? hahaha  alyssa explained how it goes ad off they went

 after supper, while i was cleaning up i found my girls playing "school" together. so cute!

and with that, im doing a quick blog because this tuesday feels like a thursday....but its not and i have a full week ahead of me.... 0 comments

science

 thurs we picked daddy up for lunch at mcdees.  the kids played and chris and i chatted

 then it was time for more school. 

 nate took  it upon himself to do some science experiments. the girls joined in

school is off to a very slow start...we have activites everyday! most are outside so im ok with taking time to play, explore and do some enjoyable trips with the kids...soon the snow and cold will come and we will have lots of time to catch up on book work. but for now, we play! 0 comments

apple orchard pt 1

 i looked over to see this...ellie was drawing joey. hahaha

 nothing makes you feel loved when you get a text to register for a small group that your friends are in and they want you in too!...i got in their group. ha

 wed afternoon we hit up the apple orchard.  we arrived super early so the kids and i sat and had coffee and pie.  love that we can do this

apples pt 2

 more photo ops. ha

 after the group arrived and it was a HUGE group.  over 75 ppl. we took the wagon to the apple trees

 they picked and learned about apples

 we even got to tour the factory. so fun.  i looked over and saw this. when did my baby boy get so big?

 then we came home to eat them apples

fri zoo!

 friday my brother and copper joined us at the zoo!  so much fun!!!! the kids ran, played, explored and laughed.  copper has the cutest little giggle!

we found the squirrel monkeys and the kids blew bubbles at them,

 the monkeys loved it, they all came to the fence to play bubbles. so fun

 nate took a turn too
