this time it's a space center!
whoo. yesterday was a typical day of rushing! after nate's swim i rushed back out the door to the annual mche's used book sale!
i scored! and spent all my money!
i got the next math u see for nate for 20.00! i just need the student work book!
i also picked up the all about spelling and a reader for 14.00! thanks loana!
and i got canadian geography mapping, a science book and a few readers all for 45.00!
now i have to find time to go through and clear out this yr's stuff to pack away for ellie and make room for the new stuff
i just wished i had time! don't we all????
i can not wait for summer! i need a breather. i've decided to do 2 activities with nate this summer, swimming and book club and that's it!
and with that i have math to mark! have a great day everyone!

Hi Melanie,book's are so interessting! And for you as teacher anyway. And with each book you bay your self a job with a load of work. May be you hide some...!Good you take it easyer for the sommer. Yes, the higher grades are more expensive, but you don't need as many texts.I have had to buy new and used and sometimes, you can just borrow(that is the best!!!) Don't forget, when you are done you can sell....my grade 9 level books did all 3 of my kids!!

lo- great thought about the older levels, its true you don't need as much. for us, the cost is worth it, and i know we don't have to buy books for ellie, we will just use nate's (not including text books!) if i round up the cost we would spend for public school it's rounds out to be the same anyways :) i jst had a horrid thought! with this being hopey's last yr, it's your last yr too!!! oh no! what will i do?? esp at our meetings! sob sob....you should still come :) hahahaha
