painting, painting and more painting

 nate helped me paint the signs for our vbs.  he was such a great helper!

this stupid sign took 3 hours to make. oh well

 yesterday we did round two of sign making but before we started we had breaky

 see. she's such a doll!

 i finished the signs...the livery and general store are not even on purpose. i am not 100% where or how im gonna use/hang them so i left some lead way to adjust it when we throw the set together

 the plan is to set the stage up sunday after church
the theme to this yr's vbs is mining.  it's next tues-thurs i think. not sure.  anyways....i realised on sunday night that i forgot about making signs for the props, so i spent the week making them

yesterday nate and i started the last 3
about 5 mins after this pic was taken our neighbour texts me to send nate over to the pool. so i did. then i went and worked on the other signs in the sun. after about 15 mins of this, i was sweating and tired....so i went in, WOKE ellie up and joined nate in the pool.

you should have seen his face. after a refreshing break.....2.5 hrs later....haha....we went home, threw a quick supper on and worked on the signs

sometimes you just need to take a break!

 then this am i got up bright and early and finished the signs!!!! 

done!!!!!

now to spend the day cleaning and spending time with my kids!
