11 weeks!

10 weeks again

6 weeks!  about 2 weeks after found out. first belly shot

chris and i were shocked, stunned, and thrilled to discover back in nov that i was pregnant!  we got it on the 14th try! score. haha we both wanted at least 1 more so we are super happy about this!  the baby is due aug 2, but will be delivered 2 weeks sooner. right around ellie's second b-day. 

we found out super early that we were expecting, approxy 9 days post ovulation, because of my past and all that stuff, i have already seen my dr and my obgyn. we had an ultrasound at 5wks 4 days and saw the tiny heart beat!  and i have already had my first prenatal appointment.  i have my next appointment next week and another ultrasound as well

ill be honest, i have NEVER been this sick with any babies in the past.  from wk 5- this week!!! i've been very ill, i spent weeks on the couch.  i am lucky that the worst of it fell during out christmas break and i was able to chill.  ellie is a late sleeper and having no bus to catch/kids to get ready for school, i totally took up the staying in bed till 9:30 most mornings.  nate was awesome in the afternoons as well and kept him self busy while i napped.  

i am just now beginning to eat regularly now.  for weeks i loved on toast and jam (sorry mom, i ate some of your jam haha)  but now i can eat a little more and keep it down.  evenings were the worst. constant nauseousness!  icky!

i have no idea what my starting weight is, i stopped weighing myself after i had ellie.  so i have no way to know how much weight i've put on. i dont plan on weighing myself at all!  love it. im 11 weeks and haven't stepped on a scale, now that is freedom!  

it's funny, i keep busy enough that most days i forget im pregnant....but then i get sick and i remember fast. ha.  i moved into mat jeans around 7 weeks cause i was so bloated

nate knows, he guessed when i was around 5 wks. he kept it to himself until we told him lasts week he could tell ppl. i am super impressed with him. as for his reaction to the news that he's going to be a big brother again? he is THRILLED!  he wants to share his room with ellie, so the baby can have her crib.  he would like a boy, so he could teach him boy things but he told me last week that he is ok with a girl, because ellie is cute and he knows this baby will be cute like her. haha

so there you go!  we are going to be out numbered, tired, pushed to the limits, busy and full....which is nothing i cant handle with god on my side!
