it's all fun and games: christmas!

joey loves to play with my stuff, she turned my plant house into a stuffy house...i dont mind, it kept her busy for a morning. ha

chris and i are now trying to cook/bake together...on a more regular schedule...chris chose this fried curry chicken. and it was fan-freaking-tastic! he threw in some cauliflower and even that was yummy!

voila! it was really good! chris and i were thinking to get an air fryer with our christmas money, we decided to pool our money together to get something for the house. we ended up getting a rooba vacuum! OMG it was worth it! i'll never vacuum again! i LOVE it! and meeka leaves it alone, she will lay on the floor and it will go around her. its helping chris deal with the dog hair in the house...ha

i was reading and i found this text. i texted it to nate. he thought it was a GREAT idea. haha

my evenings are spent like this. quiet. im reading or watching a show and meeka is with me. i love it. i decided this christmas i was going to do something different. i was going to go on a vacation from my life. ha. with NO guilt. i wanted to fully enjoy it. and guess what?!?!

i did! i took all the "to do's, expectations, etc..." and allowed myself to enjoy my rest. i did! i stayed up redic late watching movies, reading, googling and sleeping in, then having coffee with chris. no time crunch. i did house hold jobs when ever...but i truly enjoyed the rest. i am so glad i did. i can honestly say this was the most enjoyable christmas i can remember having. im almost sad to end it!

the long "lost" box of wrap went back to its home. thanks cry for supplying me with 3 yrs of christmas wrap! can you filler back up and i can "lose" it again? hahaha love ya!

joey gave me her lipsticks. i was so thankful! the cherry flavored one is splendid!

we had quite a few ppl over for coffee over the holidays. it caused me to move out of my comfort zone. i family i never met before....anyway. josy wanted me to do her hair. so i did!

nate was able to spend time in hali with my sis and family. they had to do the bulk of the driving bec i cant cross the border. one drop off i got to see charlie! i havent seen her since aug. she is TALLER than me! even with my mop bun!
