mon we rushed out the door to swim, met chris at the pool then hit the drive thou for supper and picked up uncle rob for a visit!
ellie took right to him!
it was so nice to visit and catch up with him and old high school friends
can't wait for another visit!
tues night was the first night in over 2 wks that we did not have company. i crashed on the couch and woke up so sick yesterday! we have had this redic cold for over a week now :(
and through it all ellie smiled and cut 2 more teeth! teeth count is 6 now!
nate got a letter from nana and papa plumps, he read some of it! yeah for me, i mean us!
he loved his fruit fact sheet!

yesterday chris was sick and took the day off. thank goodness bec i was feeling so gross!

she told chris to let her go she can stand on her own!
i sent nate out for recess and we watched him

we now start school earlier in the morning with chris back to work (boo!)
so ellie joins us for the first hour or so
we do devotions, read a story and poetry
the easy fluffy stuff that can be interrupted
or ellie reads to us
ok. i wanted to start poetry with nate and found this awesome book at the dollar store. so i photocopied some poems, have nate color them and read what he can, write the title, sign his name and tell me his thoughts which i write down

nate LOVED it, he laughed and laughed and now he asks for the poem of the day!

ok. nate wears his slippers around the house and i love it. they make this click sound and i can hear him clicking around the house, it's just cute to hear and on the rough days makes me laugh
it's the little things that you have to hang on to. ha
last night my friend dropped by for a visit. she brought coffee so i let her in. hahaha
she also brought the most adorable hair bows for ellie!
and made her a tag blanket! oh how she loves it
if you look close you can see that she is sticking her tongue out!

so chris is back to work. we are all sick. i have never been so busy, my days are full, my phone never seems to stop! i find myself looking forward to all of ante's classes so i can sit and hold ellie. haha. things will settle down i hope.............
