we are studying flowers and their root systems
so i hit the $ store for some seeds and wouldn't ya know i they come with soil and a bio cup to boot!
i had nate add water and mush up the soil
we are growing beans and sunflowers
ellie watched

she does this thing with her head now, when you smile at her she puts her head to the side and laughs
so adorable. i want to eat her (not that i would actually eat babies...haha)
but then again in am extremely biased here
back to the seeds
i put them in glass tea holders so we can watch the root system as they grow
i may have to put them in bigger pots thou
anyways! we'll see how this goes!

then in the corner i spotted this
nate has this thing with letting me know that he's reading, he's always hiding
not that it lasts long cause my kid is LOUD
i think i am finally catching up with house work and life. i have myself on a schedule this week so i know it will get done this week....if i stay the course. i dunno i just like knowing that i am keeping up with stuff, it makes me feel more in control or something? who knows!

I totally hear you on the schedule vs chaos. Our life has been a bit off for the last little while and I can't wait to get back into a rhythm of things. Jeff is gone to a course Wed/Thur, on Fri we're preparing for the mission's Annual meeting (plus we have to go to our Elmira house to deal with the icestorm damage there). BUT as soon as I can reasonably leave the annual meeting I will go to my semi-annual scrapbooking weekend. And after that things should get back to "normal".

i realised that i never get away! the lasst time i went away with out my family was 5 YEARS ago! for 48 hours....so i booked a sister trip next month for 2.5 days! yipeee can't wait! have fun on your wkend away!!
