smart chris decided to exchange brew for some backhoe...ha! our neighbours are having their landscaping/fence building done and chris hit the boys up...dig a hole for nate's sandbox and we will give you cold brew...worked like a charm and saved us some mega digging today!
all done! hole is dug...we took the grass from the hole and cut it to fit the patch to the right
then this morning, we made the sides flush, chris built the frame last night while i was gallivanting around town with a friend...
the frame is flush to the ground. we plan on planting more trees, shrubs, flowers and such to make it a part of the back yard...
voila! nate was in it before we were done
and play he did!
whee!
so there ya go...nate's sand box is done. can you believe that i CHOSE to stay home today to WORK instead of garage saleing and shopping? mercy i have changedi am surprised that i enjoy the outside work. i like working with chris, we chat, we dream and i like seeing results from the hard work
my veggie garden has greenness on the surface! wheee!
i did pick up a treadmill. the EXACT same one i had. i got it cheap on kijiji. i chose to buy the same one, so now we have spare parts to fix it if this one breaks down and i bought it from my kijiji fund...instead of buying (as much as i would love one) a high end, souped up, gym style treadmill....one day i will have one...until then.....
