messing with nate

for our coffee?lunch visit today, chris and i decided to entertain ourselves with nate. we told him to spin around 10 times

then walk to chris

where chris would move around, while a laughing, dizzy boy would try to follow him

so funny to watch!

i asked nate how he felt he said 'i feel busy' meaning dizzy

then when they connected

chris picked him up and spun him around some more

k. seriously so cute and fun to watch!

nate told me this morning that he needed to wear his new "super fast shoes" that papa bought for him, so he could run real fast in gym class today for mr.bob...ha!

nate had his swim class tonight. there is just something so cute with watching your wee son ( who is like the youngest in the class by 2 yrs!) walk into the pool all by himself, sit on the ledge with all the other bigger kids, wait for the teacher then jump into the water. all by himself. i am so not ready to let him go yet! i love having him with me. he's my buddy1 anyways, he did great at swim, he's like a fish....sigh...he's growing up so fast!

nate told me tonight that he's going to wake us up early tomorrow morning, extra early because we are painting the nursery and he wants to get started soon! i told him he can have his own brush and roller and help us paint the room. i thought (mess or not!) it would help him feel more included with this whole new world of a sister....

so yeah! nursery painting tomorrow!!! yeah!
