snow walk and v-day!

went to visit the neighbors and use their snow bank to jump on

our neighbor snow blows a walking path for the kids to use to catch the bus

these are the kids we watch (on the days we are up in time) wait and catch the bus from the kitchen table

ok.  this is a mom moment that had me crying

nate came home on sunday with an unfinished craft so he took the paper home to make artkooka

after lunch he asked me to help him make a craft for valentines day with the paper

i said later dude

after supper he asked again

i said later dude

before bed time he asked again

i wanted to say later dude but instead i said ok

off we went to the playroom

i asked him what he wanted to make and he said "a Valentine card for ellie because she is so cute and i love her" 

nate then sat down and cut, glued, taped and made his sister her first ever valentines day card

inside

my heart. i cried when he made it

i cried when i showed chris

i cried when i looked at it this morning

eliana's first v card came from her brother because he loves her so much

sob sob sob

jesus loves me too!  nate is decorating the house for valentines day

ha!
