end of aug

crafting in my BED!

we were home for a few days before nate took  off to florida.  he had a busy summer!  in those few days he got his beginners, took his motorcycle safety course, got his motorcycle license and had his 16th birthday!  BUSY few days that was!

i took ellie to run errands, she wrote a shopping list.  good luck with that! ha 

waiting for nate to finish his course. in the passenger seat!  i like him driving, i get a lot of texting and messages returned!  

we added to our family!  2 bunnies!

setting up the school room! the porch is now my school space...its not quitew finished...i havent spent a whole lot of time in there yet this yr...

one evening nate wanted to go for a drive so we went to hopeless rocks. love how i encourage breaking the law. haha

i was able to sneak a pool afternoon in with my friends while nate was away. i didnt get to see a lot of ppl over the summer 

an hour after we arrived, everyone left!  we had the pool to ourselves 

i picked shelves up for chris and needed to support them so they didnt get damaged. i found this bouncy ball. i thought it was quite smart! 

the auction....

so. i needed a table for the school room

chris came home with 12 table tops for 12 tables!

then he said "i saw this auction where they are selling table legs"

so i went with him

only 8 ppl showed up

we bought 22 PALLETS of wood!

i now have HUNDREDS of spindles, pieces and more than 12 table legs! ha 

sigh.  the craft room...

look! my berner has a berner!! i found her like this!

so we rented a u haul and made 8 separate trips to get all the wood home

we have sooooo much wood to burn!

my friend wanted to know if we wanted to see her puppies!  we went for the afternoon!  cute puppies!

we joined the biker cluns to honour jayden.  it's been a yr since he passed away.  

there was a memorial ride and a mini service back at his house 

and nate thought it would be great to toss POOL balls at each other. nate cracked his front tooth
