me. this morning. 31 weeks baby! i am up another pound but feel great!
chris and i finished the nursery yesterday, just the minor thing like hanging the black out curtain, the shelves and what not. here she is. it's very simple and done on a budget...don;t be expecting anything special!
wonderful cross stitch on the wall as you come in, made by a dear friend for me before i got married and has hung on the wall of both my kids!

the malaria curtain. hahaha. as i refer to it. it was a princess thing with these tassels hanging from the triangles, i cut them off and glued butterflies instead
nate trying it out. ha.
bringing home outfit. there is a story behind it. it's about 10 yrs old, i bought it when we were believing for nate, i had a boy outfit which nate wore home and dress which little miss e will wear home. it's extra special because charlie wore it home too, i gave it to my sister for her to wear. i wanted it to be worn not matter who's child it was. my sister gave it back last week with the flower, i plan on putting the flower on her cap while she's in the hospital, charlie also wore it. sigh
so there you go! nursery is done! 7ish more weeks to go!!!

yep! the whole thing was less than 100! which was the budget. side ? are you still blogging?
Certainly not regularly . . Life has changed so much that there seems to be little reason to blog anymore. I did it simply as a means for our families to follow the daily happenings in our lives from afar, and now that I'm 20 minutes from the majority of my family, I don't seem to keep track of the daily details anymore except through facebook, as I'm sure you've seen. I think I'll probably "close" my blog to the public and keep it or print it for memory sake. :)
nice malaria curtain, sorry if i have forever tarnished your girly image forever! Ha, but i have been doing that for your whole life, so I might as well continue the tradition...
but cry you gotta say it looks better with the butterflies than the tassels! i knew i could work with it. haha. nate loves the curtain, sigh. but it also solved my problem on what to give charlie for her birthday!! she is so getting a malaria curtain! that or a doggir from auntie.....mawahhhhh
s-totally get the blog thing, i do this blog to keep the away fam updated (which would be well....everyone!) it's a rather pitiful try at staying close while far away!
