last saturday as a fam of 3!

warning! lots of pics!  i got my 'pushing present' yesterday and practiced today. ha.  chris bought me a sweet new camera!  anyways. i love it!  so fast, much better quality and ubber easy to use. love it!  nate dressed himself last night, can't you tell. i told him it didn't match and he said "mom, there is green here (pointing to the top) and green here (pointing to the bottom) can't argue, he's just like his dad. haha.

yesterday, chris took nate on some job sites while i stayed home and cleaned.  nate got his first bee sting!  see his puffy eye? he handles it like a champ and went back to work.  so proud of him

nate funny- we had company last night.  nate said good night and went to bed.  with it was time for our friends to leave, the gal couldn't find her shoe!  one shoe was missing!  i searched everywhere for it. i knew nate took it so i tired with no luck to wake him up.  he would not budge!  so we said good bye with promises of bringing the shoe by today. so, around 1 nate woke up to a nightmare i went in and asked him where the shoe was and why he took it. 1/2 asleep he said "it's in the play room. i took it because i wanted her to come up and talk to me before she leaves'

makes perfect sense! ha

we had nate bring her shoe back today and say he was sorry.haha!

today! our LAST EVER family day of 3!

we spent the am garage sailing, we found nothing really. then the last stop i scored!!! i table full of CHEAP HOMESCHOOLING BOOKS!  i got about 6 books for 3 bucks!!!!  too bad i am not sure of what i will use for gr 3-4 or i could  have really cleaned up! 

then we came home so i could have an almost 2 hr nap!  chris took nate back out on a few jobs. then home to nate's big surprise. swimming at the out door pool!

he was SO happy

then we got there and realised that the car show was on, it was WAY to busy. so we came home to re-group and teach nate that even though your plans don't work out the way you want we can still have fun with new plans. c and i quickly came up with a game plan

and off we went! to the board walk (with my bogo coupons!)

then home for bath and a family movie in our bed. snuggling with our oldest boy on our last saturday as a family of 3

4 more day's ya'all!

*nate handled the change of plans GREAT. he's come along way in this area.  i think he had more fun with the back up plan.  i told him maybe we can sneak a trip to the pool with the family on mon when they come!  nate is VERY excited about everyone coming, he tells everyone...not that his sister is coming but his grandparents are...and they make him the best breakfast that i never make him (bacon, eggs, toast with loads of jam)  funny kid
