this and that

 the kids put the flower in jo jo's hair. i found her laughing at them. so, too soon, she will be running with them!  sob!

nate and ellie were watching their t.v (they get 30 mins in the am) nate says "mom, leave jo with me, ill watch her for you" note how he is holding her arm. my heart!

 so. ellie is being taught that nate's toys are not to be played with while he's playing with them. she is not to touch his table (no exception) but she is allowed to play with anything he leaves on the floor when he's not there, every single time nate leaves his toys unmanned she is over there playing with them.  hahaha

i think im going to do the same with the girls, im thinking ill give them each a space that is theirs alone, but the rest they will learn to share. again, ill wait and see how their personalities are. i dont remember fighting with my sister over toys.....bawahhhhhh she played with lego and jon's g.i joes!

 ellie is not a snugly kinda gal during the day.  she doesn't sit still long enough for that. i had a dr's appoint on thurs and when i came back, she crawled into my lap and stayed there for over 20 mins. i just rocked her and loved her.  ill take all her snuggles!

i spent most of this past week sick. grrr i loath being ill, but i finally went to the dr. good thing i did i have a nasty infection and im taking heavy strong meds to clear it up. the stupid pills are making so so sick, like barfing sick.  im having a hard time keeping anything down, let alone eating.  im hoping it will get better soon....but like chris was telling nate this a.m "sometimes ya gotta get sicker to get better" 

that's us in a nut shell!
