sun-mon

 sunday morning met us with 2 exhausted parental units. so we skipped sunday worship=church and spent the day together.  it was AMAZING!  chris and slept in, then chris made breaky while i showered and got cleaned up.  we had a proper family breaky with blueberry and chocolate chip pancakes

 it was so nice and relaxing, ever the more with chris being home!

 mon we went to visit chris and joey took a nap..

 literally ( i was watching her the whole time!)

 haha

 then, being the homeschoolers that we are... we found bugs/slugs/caterpillars

 and watched them...

 as joey slept...

 but woke up to watch MOTE bugs on this tree. much to her excitement!

 haha

 so. my kids have been OBSESSED  with finding bugs and catching them ONLY to bring them into MY house to find out EXACTLY what they are, which i have this amazing hands on guide (thanks dad!) and man. this guide has been used!

funny story. joey told me she found a bug/cricket in the house. i didnt totally believe her, cause she's, well 4....then today...she said "MOM! look!!! i find it!!!!" to show me the freaking cricket in MY house!!!!  i guided this poor bug to the door and showed it the way OUT!!!!! ha
