nate's geography came in! i am so impressed with this program! and all it offers. i bought the text book and paid for the down load. when it came i jumped on line and printed it away. it has so much flexibility in it, that i dont think ill need to buy another high school geography course. so to me, its well worth the price!
ellie moved up this week to level 4 in spelling
and i started this book with the girls for our devotional. its SOOO good. we are studying "self discipline" because its an area that i am personally working on
fridays read was this story....so good!
i tossed the bible devotion book that i felt was too easy. and i pulled out my bible school bible. i call this bad boy my "serious reading bible" i usually read from my thin-lined-new living translation bible...that i call "my easy reading bible" but this week i thought id spend the week reading from the bible, nothing else and focusing on ps 23.
i am blown away by how much the girls retained and enjoyed it. they have most of it memorized. so ive decided to toss all "my plans" of bible time for the yr and just read simple passages from the bible
we worked on science
and started this book....
i put the book down to make lunch and found ellie on the couch, with the book. she read the whole thing on her own!
and that is a very QUICK peek into our week....time is flying by....
