it's all fun and games

snuggles!

joey is not a cuddler, ellie is! but for some reason she was all snuggly with me. I enjoyed every second of it!

and I read a book! it was a great silly book to spend the afternoon reading

the pigs needed a bath, the girls helped. they took their shirts off to not get wet. ha

last thurs I had my friend come to the cabin with her kids. we spent the whole day outside! it was SOOOO fun. we left the older 2 kids to watch the littles and aralee and I went for a walk. I found a groomed walking trail for us to enjoy

and we took franky out for a trip

the kids had so much fun.

mothers day!

about 4 days n\before mothers day I found these cards that the girls made for me.....too sweet!

and TADA!!!!!!! this was the BEST mothers day! normally we don't do much to celebrate but chris went all out this yr to make me feel special. he got me a binding machine!!!!!!!!!!! ive always wanted one for school.. and I just love it! ive already used it 3 times. its totally going to save us money!

rain? hail? the weather is just as weird as the world right now!

I had the girls power clean the cabin. both vacuums came out. ha

last Saturday it w COLD, rainy and yuck! so I did a first. we did Saturday school! we finished up the science chapter!

then I hopped into my car and drove down the road to talk to my sister. the cellular reception was really bad...but ill do anything to talk to my sis

so on mothers day. chris joined us at the cabin and I came down to this!!!! flowers and 2 bags of my FAV sweet and sour sauce from mcdees

I remember doing this as a kid. so fun!!! roll up in a rug

and the boys made supper....I watched tv. it was the BEST mom's day ever!

I read these 2 pomes I thought they were really neat

we spent the BEST day at the river last week. it was beautiful with NO bugs. I packed the back pack and we spent the afternoon working on our bird book

this is what a normal weekly grocery trip looks like....then I came out to this! yikes! chris came and rescued me! thanks babe!

who knew a ladder would be so FUN!

we are extending the deck this weekend. putting the fence and pool up...natre was a huge help yesterday! and thanks chris for letting me off the hook to go for a walk. while you did the work!
