a new park

as nate parked away at "the new park" i brought my timmy's and nail polish and finally painted my toes...lime green
"mommy, i am thirsty! apple juice please" then i said smile. he did

the swing that broke nate's leg. ha
i ran out of ingred's this am for some meals (that i thought up at 5 this morning) so i combined a store trip with a park for nate. i asked him what park he wanted to stop at. he said " a new park mommy" so i took him to the park that he broke his leg at last year. hey, it's new to him this year!
he played and played and played. i painted my toes, drank my coffee and enjoyed the sun on my skin
it was a great pit stop this morning!

Hey Mel, know of any parks in Moncton that dogs can roam offleash? We'll have the pups with us this summer and I'm trying to find places where we can let them RUN - they are as full of energy as Nate .... ohhhh .... does Nate want some doggie friends? Perhaps he can rid the pups of their energy! haha

i know there is a dog run area that is fenced in at centennial park... i have seen dogs off leash at most of the parks (not the kiddy play parks)but at mapleton, irishtown etc...nate LOVES dogs. he's learning the "ask first then touch" rule ;)

Smart rule - I was taught that as a kid too, and always ask first to be on the safe side... even if the dog seems incredibly friendly. :) The dog park that we go to out here is hundreds of acres, unfenced, right by the river, it's amazing. I heard there's a "dog park" in Riverview, by Karl and Robyn but it sounds awful to me, compared to what our pups are use to :(

Teddy is quite hyperactive but Nate would LOVE Tanner - everyone does!
