hee hee
not impressed!
she is getting SO big!
we had out first coop today, before i left i ran out of time to finish the laundry, so i put it aside to finish when i get home
instead i did this
the note reads
fold me AND out me away
BEFORE mel gets home
i wanted to clearly communicate
and it worked
i came home to a SPOTLESS house, floors vac'd and mopped, everything put away and not left in piles for me to put away
clutter gone!
AND
our bedroom was gutted and cleaned AND the furniture was moved around, i had wanted to do that for a long time
AND ellie was fed, cleaned and napping
i have the best husband. ever. i love you!
our first co-op was nature. i was very impressed by it. the gal who lead it was very prepared, props we brought in, lessons planned she went way out of the norm and brought it down to the kids level. there was a lesson, activity, a story then a nature walk...where I learned SO much. seriously it rocked. n and i had a blast! we needed it!nate with his nature bag
then we went to the 2nd coop, sign language! it was a bit long for nate, so i am thinking we will skip it and i will forfeit the tuition cost. there is a sweet park on the property so i have already booked a coffee date with a friend for next week. we will do the nature class then take nate to the park where my *poor socially deprived son can play with someone his own age while i chat, sip coffee and dine on carbs. ha.
* i am being sarcastic with a bit of cheek in tongue on the biggest myth of the home schooled, the social topic. ha but i will admit i LOVE home schooling in our jammies and a coffee :)
