library!

 this is many of the reasons why i  home school!  little joey dressed herself in a blue tank top (that looks like mine) and a sparkly tutu. and spun and spun, danced and danced. love that i get to be there!

tues morning was story time at the library

 but before we left the girls spent a good 2 hrs playing "travel"  a game they made up, where they leave the house and travel to a new place

 after i dropped the girls off at story time , nate got busy in the teen level of the library and for the FIRST tie EVER!  i brought my phones, put my feet up an listened to the last 3 heidi stjohn pod casts

mind you, i haven't had a chance to listen to her since....but the FREEDOM of that 45 mins was AMAZING!!!!

 then the girls showed me their crafts

funny side note. on wed i took the kids to costco. while we sat and had our late lunch (hot dogs, pop and fries for all of us=6.00) i had 2 friends drop by to say hi and a little girl who sat beside us kept saying to joey "hi! HI HI!" joey asked me why she was saying "HI" i said "maybe to be nice and make a new friend?"
then the little girls mom  says " your girls are in her story time class at the library!"

and to note.  tues morning i sent the girls up to get dressed to go out.  ellie came down in clothes.  joey?  she came down in fresh P/J's!  i was like "joey! you cant wear jammies to the LIBRARY!"  joey said that is what she wanted to wear.  so i figured. who cares! and joey went to storytime wearing her jammies!
