just when we thought we were coming close to the FINISH line to list the house we were told we need to replace the carpet in the basement....chris was NOT thrilled....love that nate was behind him in the first pic...i remember when chris finished that room, nate was 18 months old, wearing overalls and dancing to the music....now he's taller than me....time! STOP!
Miss Meeka Lee turned 1! the girls insisted she got a treat...we had her sit pretty and wait for it...
and wait
happy birthday meeka lee!
and wait
then she gobbled it up. i think the girls had more fun watching her eat it than buying it
i was driving the girls to zoo camp and snapped this pic. little jo, grade 2 with her dinosaur backpack. where did my baby go?
a friend who homeschooled all 5 of her kids from start (k-12) to finished called me and asked me to swing by to pick up a "few books" so i did. what? i called chris and asked him to bring the van! 12 large boxes filled with books! i ended up with 2, i got rid of the outdated/used stuff and gave the rest away...what a blessing!
waiting for chris to help me with the books
joey at the dentist! no cavities, perfect in coming teeth! i rewarded her (ok, me too) with ice cream after! a dentist perk!
redoing the school room
i love how it turned out!
im back into reading when i can grab time. one night i was reading away then ellie joined me then joey. love this pic
curb garbage day is big around here....the girls are forever bringing their treasures (crap!) home...but this time they found this. a cute bistro set. they set it up, i made pasta for lunch and they dined as i served them
its done! voila!
so much work and time went into this room. thanks CHRIS!
monday nights are cadets. my friend meets me for coffee and we chat during that time.....i got there early one night and spent it researching grade 10 for nate! yikes! 3 more years to go!
chris and i went on a date. i chose the place, coffee and a dessert crept. so good!
