it's all fun and games: birthday party!

me! ha! the girls had a shared party this yr. i cut them off at 6 friends. last yr was too much! so this yr we had a quieter party. nana/papa/charlie also came down for the weekend. joey and i came up with a party crafts. making their own note book and pencil

haaaa the days of summer. a book and a/c!

one night while ellie was away joey and i had a sleep out in the office. joey made the bed for me. seriously! shes the best!

after the party we went out to eat with mom and dad at the homestead. it was excellent!

mom and dad got a hotel for 1 night, the girls went over for a sleepover and swim. nate was working till 10 so i left to bring him back and met up with my parents on sunday at church

joey did her first official night away from me at the hotel. i stayed until 10 to tuck her in. she had a great time

we had so much fun at the girls party we ran out of time for cake! so we did cake sunday afternoon after mom and dad left

monday we spent the day at the pool with my friend aralee. it was the best day. the kids swam and played, aralee and i caught up and even went in the water! we stayed until closing and these are the faces of happy girls
