house!

this is an outdated update on the house. ha.  chris has been super busy in sept and oct

the roofing is done!  windows and doors are in!

the gutters are installed, trims and facia (sp??) are done!

wood stoves are in. 1 in the living rom and 1 in his shop. both have been inspected and insurance is ago!

the balcony is the last outdoor (other than siding) project chris is tackling, he is working this weekend on trims, installing the windows...then its time to insulate the ceilings and start building the inside...im aiming to move in next fall

i am not minding living in a small space at all! the kids dont even notice.  we sometimes have a line for the bathroom...when nate has friends over they usually sleep in the office
