home pt 1!

 sun, after i did a quick grocery run= welcome back to life mel!  we went to the cabin for chris to show me all his hard work!!  the cabin is now done dry walled, primed, painted, lower level trims put in and the FLOOR installed upstairs!  i LOVE the color, a soft mix between blue and green

 welcome home! to SNOW and cold! but it is beautiful!

 and i own these trees!

 upper landing, but chris didnt like the way it looked so he tore it up this week and put another one down...ha

 then chris showed me what the girls LOVE. ursi, this is the blanket you knitted for us for our WEDDING!!!  i tore a tiny strip off chris when i found out he took it to the cabin for the girls to play with. ONLY bec the cabin is still under construction and is "dirty" and the blanket means something to me. silly men!

 we made a fire and had supper

 then the snow started to fall and it was quite beautiful and the BEST way to come home

 my family at the cabin

 and this. hahaha the kids were upstairs and they were SO loud. which is good cause happy kids are usually loud. so we put on ear muffs

 and enjoyed the fire. hahaha

cant wait to make more memories here!
