cabin

 we hit up the cabin this past weekend for a quick visit. sat i talked chris into exploring the back lot of our property.  we havent walked it since last june...so off we went

 its amazing how peaceful it is

 this is the river from the other side and down farther than the old fishing shack. so neat to see it from the other way

 this tree is MASSIVE and chris wants to take it down to turn into a fountain of sorts.  i told him NO an to "leave the tree alone!" ha

 the kids were discovering and savaging everything they could find. we hear calls of "MOM! look!" and "dad! look!" the whole time

 i came upon this. the picture cant captivate how beautiful it was. a small pond full of leaves with the shadow of the trees in it.  even joey stopped to watch it
