i was SO happy to rip down the jan calendar! i loath jan and feb. its cold, and snowy, dark and gross! last yr wasnt so bad bec i was in florida for most of feb! ha this yr, im suffering!
anyways! silly story. i LOVE cottage cheese i melt it in the microwave, then add salt and eat it like liquid cheese....joey asked to try it, so i gave her some, she LOVED it and told ellie who then tried it and LOVED it. the girls and i ate 2 containers of the stuff in 2 days! this is ellie with her cottage cheese during school.
we had a typical week, we are getting a lot of school done! and i made a radical move. i was NOT happy with some of the attitudes and behaviors that i saw last week, so i implemented a NO screen week! NO screens at all! i thought i was going to suffer, but i was shocked to watch the kids PLAY all week! nate pulled out the board games and they spent HOURS playing together
monopoly was the big hit
thurs morning, i had to set my alarm clock to be on the road for 8! YIKES! so early ha. when i came out of the bathroom from washing my face i found this....nate made me a coffee and brought it up for me! what a kid! love him! and yes, i hoard gum and chapstick!
i took the kids to see a live production of "mary poppins" i didnt take a single pic...oops! the play was GREAT and we are all still singing "lets go fly a kite!"
thurs afternoon i found myself cleaning the living room and i discovered this note. hahahaha....chris you are in BOG trouble! im thinking she wrote it last fall..ha

thurs night we drove back to sackville to meet up with jon and copper for supper. so fun! we must do this more often!
fri joey cleaned my cupboards! she did a GREAT job...not that we can find anything. haha
fri night i went out with my friend to a dinner theater. SO fun! it was so very needed, and we had such a GREAT time. i did my hair and wore jeans and everything. ha

and that is us finishing off the week, as i get ready to swing into another BUSY week!
