so now i have this new thing at night....one the kids are in bed, i make a TEA! and soak...then i fall asleep! so nice!

last monday chris came home with a bag of stuffies for the girls

 we had them cover their eyes

 and VOLIA!

 so happy!

 see!

 the next morning i found this....

 ha

 last wed we went to the tantramar in n.s to meet up with the public school. unfortch the weather wasnt great, and only us home educators showed up....which was the strat to the BEST time EVER!  we sat in on a 30 min presentation...then hit the lab to feel, touch and discover the live pelts and talk 1 on 1 with the specialists...

 then we strapped on SNOW SHOES! and went for a 2 kn walk. SO fun!

 to be honest.  i sent n and e with the group, and i stayed behind with joey....bec she has a hard time walking on bare feet...let along snow shoes!  which turned into great entertainment for me and the few moms who stayed behind just to enjoy her....

 which is SO fun!  then i came  home and googled the cost of snow shoes...YIKES!

 then we walked to the pond and drilled a sample for the lab

 and i FROZE!

 we came back to the lab to look at our findings...

 i went to set up with joey to help her out, but she was surrounded by students to help her...so i sat on the bench and let her "go" which was SO hard.....but she had SO much fun...

we found our specimens and spent a good 30n mins looking at them under the scientific microscope we watched our live specimen, took notes and voila...made memories....

 thurs night was our small group serve! we went to the humility project and had SO much fun! 

 we cleaned tables, set up the food shop, served the food and the coffee

 it was SO much fun!

 c and i came home to find mail from muetti for nate! and he was so happy!

 fri was suppose to be a wkend for c and i to get away for a marriage wkend in hali....but the weather did not agree...so instead of going away...we stayed home so i can do what i do i do best...voila! a braid from joey as she sat on my lap. ha

 snow. more snow. cold. ice. YUCK. and snow!

 fri night was spent doing origami !

 then we walked through the storm to take kids home

 and bec everything was called off for the wkend. AUNTY and SHAWN showed up as they came home from florida!  we LOVE you guys!!!!

 then s showed us how to really do push ups...

 thats right!
