the quick road home

best 10.00 i ever spent was 2 NEW videos for nate to watch on the way home. i let him pick them out, he chose teenage mutant ninja turtles and super mario brothers. what a boy!

we made awesome time coming home, just over 4 hrs!  comparing that to the 6.5 hr drive there, in a SNOW storm. anything is better! mercy me!

it was great to get away for sure. the last vacay we went on was 3 yrs ago. ha so it was needed.  wish i could say it was refreshing and relaxing. it was busy, loud and chaotic mixed in with some shopping. ha

we are back home and setting in to life again.  march is almost over, this means spring is coming. right? right??? sob sob  its was only -14 this am. sigh!
