christmas was very simple and quite this year. with out having family around. i missed my family so much! i tried to make it happen but we finally made peace with not going to hali. we stayed home and enjoyed ourselves. the kids opened 1 gift christmas eve and we opened the rest christmas day. we had a friend of chris's from high school join us for christmas dinner. it was fun to tease chris about his canadian high school years!

i LOVE my hat muetti and vati! its been used SO many times! i didnt realized how much warmer these hats are!!!!

and the final gift. a puzzle of sorts. i ended up taking a video and ill upload it so i can post it....but lesson learned..NEVER say NEVER!
we are expecting in 2021! a girl! she is due to be born this summer! the kids are THRILLED beyond THRILLED! after ellie cried and shed tears of wonder she ran to the lap top to google names....
so far poppy, sadie and molly are in the run....
i still cant not believe it. chris is in utter denial that this is happening! 18 YEARS of waiting and asking....the miracle came...i think god will use this little girl to softten chris's heart. i think after i snuggle, kiss and lick she will have chris wrapped around her adorable little paw...
we are getting a DOG! a bernewfie! 3/4 bernese, 1/4 newfie! its a mini pony basically!
