my little man is above average in his height and a wee bit under in his weight. according to the chart. i have never followed any chart, i think they are plain silly. babies grow when they grow, they develop when they are good and ready. and that is why i can't even remember what his measurements are....
nate took his needles like a champ. ok, he bawled when the first one went in. then he screamed with the second. i also cried. i admit it. how can you not? your baby is in pain and looking at you for help and you can't do anything but cry along with him. i was so upset.
after his needles we went to the lawyers to sign the last papers. natey was getting tired and cranky by this point.
chris had a meeting last night at the church. i stayed home with nate to watch him and baby him. would he let me? no! he''s so independent. he played like a champ. i mean played for over an hour! 45 mins of it he was alone. i could not believe it.
a day later he seems to be doing great. he's such a cutie.
cute story for nanny and poppy- when we go in to get nate up from a nap, i knock on the door. peek in. when he sees me, he gets up and reaches up. when i hold him, i ask him "who has a sooky n his mouth?" or "you don't need a sooky" then he laughs and takes the sook out and tosses in to the floor or in the crib. it's funny. i plan on taking the sook away when we get back from Florida.
