us this am. look how perky i look. i got up at 4 and was all ready to go by 8. sigh. could not sleep! anyways

i swear. she is the ONLY person who can smile at me in the middle of the night and get away with it!
i esp love, after i've held her and shhh patted her to 'calm down" i feel her body give in and relax. awesome! stage 1 is don i am thinking! then i peek down at her and i see 2 tiny black eyes peeking back up at me
then i see her smile
and back i go to more shhh patting! haha
her sleeping is going so much better! the last 2 days i can see a huge difference! the longest time spent in the room to settle her to calm state, then placed in the crib awake was 20 mins! she is averaging 3 2 hr naps and a cat nap in the evening before bed. she went 6 hrs the last 2 nights so i am thinking the last 2 wks was a growth spurt and some sleep regression....this week will be better!
last night after dinner. she put herself to sleep while holding her sooky. ha
