sat/ bread day!

 sat we spent the day HOME. i caught up in house work and school.  we ate, drank coffee and made bread. the kids love it

 ellie is so serious, focused and thoughtful as she works

 i went out to peek at the birds.  so cute. this is my last pic of the birds.  2 days later 3 of them flew away and 1 died in the back yard in a tragic accident involving our neighbor kid, a step and a thud.  a formal funeral was held and the bird now sleeps for ever under the club house. poor thing....

 and the bread is done with a final wipe of egg!

 gifts were opened.  ellie got a pillow for the cabin, but its in her bed for now. ha

sunday we ate the bread. so good. did church, chris and i are now official members of the church. and the kids enjoyed a day at home with nana and papa plumps
