date night!

 tues was joey turn for date night.  this whole date night is HUGE in the house.  the kids count down the days until their turn, and plan the night (with in limits) it started out with me taking the kids but chris saw how the kids LOVE "their" night and he wanted in.  so now the kids pick who they want to go with...joey picked chris and she got dressed up for it.  they ended up going to costco to pick  up propane and then to kent to see as joey said it" all the christmas stuff"  total cost of the date. nothing!

 her little pea coat and boots. adorable. our baby is not so much of a baby anymore...

 joey "helped" me make my coffee...see the knocked over mug? split sugar?  coffee on the counter?  thats joey helping....i love her and her little (big) messes

 she adds FUN to the family. 

 waiting for chris.....and waiting.....and waiting.....

 im super pleased with the kids. we have really pushed them lately with waiting, being outside when it's super cold, staying up super late and doing school with happy hearts.  this whole cabin thing is teaching us all valuable lessons...
