sat pt 2

 ellie came running to me see the blood...

 she lost a tooth!!!!  and she got a shiny coin under (ok not under) but on her dresser, where she woke up and promptly put it in her purse with all her other "monies" sunday chris and i took the grils to buy candy.  ellie gave joey one of her coins so she can have candy too....and now joey is waling around proclaiming that "she MUST go to the dentist because she has a wiggly tooth too!" haha

back to the cabin

we dug, and raked. measured and dug for 8 hrs

 3 long trenches

 so. much. work
BUT we did it ALL ourselves!!!!

 then it was time to put the infiltrators in

 and they FIT!  it was perfect! all that work was worth it!

 we snapped them in place then spent another hour of covering them...so. much. work

 i left shortly after 5 because i was exhausted and the girls were filthy! 

 chris snapped this pic at the end of the day. this is what it looks like!  chris is working on digging the hole for the tank to fit in...then we have to call the guys to bring the tank, inspect and hook it up!  EEEK!!!!

i can not even believe this is labour day.  this is CRAZY.  did i not just finish school last week?  thats what it feels like, the summer went by si fast.  it was so fun!  i enjoyed all of it to the max.  im sad its over but its ok to start a new chapter

i dont plan on going back to school this week.  public school starts on tuesday and i will welcome the quiet neighbourhood to get things done around the house, meaning i can keep my kids close to the house while o work away

i have booked a few play dates and park get togethers and i want to focus on the house-cleaning it, purging and putting away the summer stuff and then spend a day in the school room....and im thinking we will have a soft start to school next week and see how that goes...

but this week?  i think ill have another week of summer.ha!  why?  because we can.  we homeschool!
