we made it to the soap factory, with chris in tow. so FUN. i LOVE this yearly trip. the factory only opens the back for tours to us and another family. so its an honour to be able to go. each yr they express how much they enjoy having us come. our kids are behaved, ha and they enjoy seeing us. this is our 2nd trip. this time we made bath bombs!
the kids made 2 each, one "monkey farts" and "root beer"
they rolled, pressed and packaged their bombs
joey too!
she made her own as well
see!
chris was very impressed with the back room...i found him wondering around, poking around and asking 100 questions to the staff...which lead to him being quite popular by the end of the visit. ha
ellie made her own as well
after the bombs were set in the molds, we went for a session on how to make soap. each kid got to stir. this is joey on her way back...totally joe!

chris! so chris made quite the impression on the ladies, and was asked to come up and finish making the soap. it was so funny watching him participate and have the ladies edge him on...he was a great sport about it!
after our soap factory fun, we hit up the park for our lunch. i pre packed food knowing the kids would be STARVED...
it was seriously, so much fin having Chris join us on our outing. i cant wait for the next one~
