ellie is working on her math u see beta and is flying through the book. she picks up math super fast. i teach the lesson once and she's got it! just like her dad
her spelling was weak, so instead of putting her in gr 2 spelling, we reviewed level 1 until christmas. im SOOOOO glad i did this, as of thursday she was on lesson 4. so shes catching up fast

grammar, language arts, etc is still this baby, there's quite a bit of printing in this book, so we usually do 2 pages a day. then stop to read some books
i added science. i wasnt sure how this was going to work. i ordered a work book for ellie and made copies for joey....they BEGGED me to read the whole chapter in 1 day. both girls sat while i read...but then again i let them pick the book to study for science, and they are interested in the subject

tues i spent the afternoon taking down christmas. as i was cleaning and purging i found this girl redecorating for me...love it. i kept it up. shes so funny
to pull off the meals i have the kids help. this day jessy was here. he walked up to me and said "so, what are we having for supper tonight?" bawahhhhh love it
as we sat down to eat the phone rang. it was a scam, so what did chris do? he told he guy that he knew it was a scam and felt bad that he had to work a job that he knows he's ripping ppl off...so chris offered to PRAY with the guy. the guy said YES and chris prayed that he would find a job that wasnt a scam and prayed for him. i was impressed and laughing the whole time. you go chris!
