circus came to our house!

i limit nate's t.v. like almost nothing. i explain to him that god gave him a brain and an imagination and i want him to use it! so, to practice i gave him some props to make a circus. then i left him alone to make it happen. on his own. i wanted to see what he would come up with. when he was done he came and got me. he spent an HOUR getting it ready!

the fish and string were the pond of fish to fish with and teach the fish to fly? ha. the umbrella was to help him walk, the glasses were to make him smart. ha!

then he walked around the room sang, danced and showed me his circus. i was impressed!

i was craving wendy's SO bad, so i took nate out for lunch. i asked him what he wanted and he was VERY clear. he wanted 1 hamburger with cheese and bacon. lots of bacon.

then he knocked my frosty on the floor (which i saved, it fell on the side) and spilt my drink....grrrr....yummio lunch!

i was surprised with 2 flower deliveries last night. they are so pretty! thank you so much! totally made my day. this is the best pic of them...i will take another one later to show ya. anyways, nate stuck the delivery box on his head...silly kid!

goodness. i love them both

today is another day. a new day. i feel better. i think often of my son, he would be crawling now and eating solids. i have a friend who was 3 days apart in our due dates so when i see her f/b updates on her son's newest thing i can't help but think...yeah...ben would be doing that too...

BUT

how i feel does not change what i know. god is good. even when life's circumstances are not
