trip report part 1!

4:30 am, on our way to the airport! bec my sister is an stellar traveler she was able to score free hotel nights (reward programs) and used them on us for our travel days. yeah!  we stayed sat night at the airport hotel, shuttled to the airport...

we slept on the plane!

arrival in miami! after little sleep and a full day of shopping ahead of us. ha
because of the time change and early flights we arrived around noon on sun, so we hit this CRAZY mall that never ended....finally after exhausting ourselves we hit downtown miami for our hotel....again, it was free. thanks cry!

mon morning we hit a few more shops, did breaky then hitched a taxi to the port to catch our cruise

we scored an AMAZING deal on this whole trip, we paid 169.99 for the cruise and paid another 50 for perks, one of them was priority on carnival. i will never travel again, esp with kids with out having this perk!  we arrived at the terminal, went to the front of the line and got on the ship first. our bags were in the rooms before we got on the ship.  no more waiting in lines for me!  worth the money for sure!!!!

our room.  we had a huge hallway into the room with 2 large windows, not planning on s[ending a lot of time in the room we skipped balconies. so glad we did bec we only slept in the room!

we choose timed dinner, i wouldn't do it again. i like anytime better but our wait staff were amazing....more on that later. haha

our view while we dined and we spend the day soaking up the rays on the serenity deck. i slept in the hammock in the shade, cry was on the other side in the sun...i stay out of the sun as much as i can :)  but i LOVED my first morning. alone, in the hammock and i slept...i missed chris a lot thou, i was reminded of my honeymoon.....anyways
