play date and swimming

yesterday morning we went over to my friend's place. we have gone through a lot together in the baby/fertility issues so we were both excited to find out last fall that we were pregnant TOGETHER!  we were 2 wks a part but she had her baby a week early...making her son 3 wks older than ellie

the babies played together very nicely. haha

he was all over her with the love

nate played with her other son while we chatted, actually thinking back we only saw the boys to feed them...haha. they played awesome together!

we chatted and caught up and it was a great visit.  she's home schooling her son this fall so i am stoked to have a good friend home schooling!

then we came home for naps and i i woke up ellie so we could hit the neighbors pool and go swimming

yes, i woke her up!  

i put her in the play house, the only place with shade. haha

swimming! he is such a fish. loves the water!  it was a full and fun day. love summer!
