i stepped way out of my comfort zone and organized a "getting started" workshop for the community. we had a good turn out, the plan is to host another one in November. I created a document and made it available to download to help new to homeschooling navigate this crazy world. joey brought me flowers! love her!

the day finally arrived. chris and nate drove to halifax in june to pick up nate's bike. here she is
im doing ok so far with this bike idea. nate passed his safety course and the test so he's been driving since aug. so far, so good. everytime he leaves the house i yell "BE SAFE!!!"

we were away for most of the summer. we were able to do 2 friday's at the pool.
to make some keep, nate spent the spring/summer saturdays that we were in town, selling his rhubarb leaves at the farmers market. he made enough to spend on all his vacations...haha

she put it in her room. he's a great big brother when he wants to be....haha
