i like the smell of lavender, so i was happily surprised when chris took me to this lavender farm. so pretty! even better that it was just us. no kids! we went to the Farmers Market in the moring where i scored cheap veggies to take home and some more fun and funky pants. haha
i want these swings in my back yard!
nate really enjoyed his visit to the farm. he channeled his inner cowboy. haha
the last day i fell upon this little piece of heavan 20 mins from the farm! it was a BOOK BARN! there was over 3,000 books!!!! i spent 3 HOURS! next time i will go prepared to spend the day. haha
it was the best way to spend the last day! we hit the road early the next day, leaving at 4 and getting home at 10. we got to little Caesars 5 mins before closing and got charlie a pizza, the girl was starving! it was great having charlie with us, i enjoyed getting to know her outside of "home" shes a great young lady! and i hope to vacation with her more!
