it's all fun and games

me time!

the last few wks ive had friends join me at the cabin with their kids. and its so great and i love it...but the lask wk i decided not to go the cabin, but stay home. so i had a friend join me on my wkly walk....and i snapped these pics...

fri we did a hard core school day at the house

then joey wanted to do my hair!

then we went for the biggest girl bike ride ever!

we ended up riding over 5 k's! and the view was amazing!

school!

im trying to figure out how this school yr is gonna go....i have no clue! i did decide to NOT go the the cabin, but instead spend time at the house....after a few days i was able to put this semi plan together....i do 1 on 1 with ellie, then switch to joey....then do both....it takes about 3 hrs

for the girls, i threw away my lesson plans last yr and instead i write down what we actually do. this is fo freeing for me. no pressure. no schedule, no clock. i have an idea of what i want to do...but only schedule what we do. not looking at the cloc for how "long" it takes...for me this is wonderful-free

nate's school is in the works..i get on that next week!

ellie time!

sunday i left the cabin with this cutie. miss ellie and i spent the afternoon together! not a date, just us being together. i so love this gal. she reminds me so much of my sister! we went to tims and we got this! then we went home to unpack...and around an hr later i said "ellie! let's do something! what would you like to do?" after making a list..ha we came up with this!

we ended up making it past the monument. then chris texted me saying he was on his way home. so i had chris meet us with nate and joey for a surprise. we had a chat and chris left then ellie and i finished our bike ride

and went home to meet up with the fam. i totally enjoyed my time with ellie!

tues after our morning school, chris called me down and SURPRISED me with this! he made lunch for us. which is such a nice thing to do! we ate and enjoyed! THANK YOU!

wed after school i took the kids and a friend on another bike ride

to a park

and back. but this just made my heart melt. joey. on nate's old bike, with her puppy purse. cause you MUST ride with a puppy purse!

ha!

wed night was our annual date night. we started with joey. she chose me to take her out. so i did...but she was confused on how to eat the ice cream with her mask? ha!
moncton is now in orange lock down, which means masks and everything is closed but stores....which means ALL socail events are closed....sob, sob!
